Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with large corporate clients. You will be tasked with identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers, presenting solutions that align with their business goals, and negotiating partnership agreements. Your ability to understand client needs, anticipate market trends, and provide insights into how our products and services can deliver value will be key to your success. This position requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, able to navigate complex organizational structures to identify decision-makers and influencers, and proficient at closing high-value deals with Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions that address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Track and report key metrics and forecast sales performance against targets.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to product management to influence future product developments.
  • Participate in networking events and conferences to elevate company presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas for large enterprises.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, for managing sales activities.
