Job Description

An Enterprise Account Executive, 15A26, plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and managing a portfolio of large corporate accounts. This position requires a strategic approach to account management, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and provide unparalleled customer service. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our presence within these key accounts. You will be expected to deeply understand the business dynamics and challenges of each client, providing solutions that align with their strategic goals. Success in this role hinges on your sales acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at large corporate accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position our solutions effectively to clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools for account management and maintain accurate client records and activity reports.
  • Prepare and present compelling presentations to persuade stakeholders and demonstrate value.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies to increase account penetration and expansion.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of products and services and resolve any client issues as they arise.
  • Track and report key performance metrics and progress against revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for account management activities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
