The Document Verification Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and integrity of documents within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Identify discrepancies within the documents and report them to the relevant department.
  • Maintain organized records of verified documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational document standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve document-related issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document verification processes and standards.
  • Provide training to new employees on document verification processes and accuracy checks.
  • Participate in auditing company records to ensure all documents meet required standards.
  • Monitor advancements in document verification and incorporate improvements into existing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding document verification findings and actions taken.
  • Prepare regular reports on the status and outcomes of document verification activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in document verification or quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with document verification software and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies swiftly.
  • Strong communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder interaction.
