  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Conduct research on market trends and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
  • Monitor competitors' online marketing strategies to offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate funds accordingly.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
  • Provide the necessary training and guidance to marketing team members on digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies and execution.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing analytics software.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
