  • Provide support to new team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with and support customers.
