Job Description

  • Enhance company credibility by maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  • Assist in training new employees on customer service techniques and protocols.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and report to management for analysis.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge base of all company products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a consistent willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
