The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) plays a pivotal role in creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships between the company and its valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service.
  • Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and reduce churn rates.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales through up-selling or cross-selling initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in events to strengthen customer relations and engagement.
  • Analyze customer interactions and transactions to derive meaningful business insights.
  • Maintain customer databases with up-to-date information for accurate tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to client care.
