Responsibilities

  • Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Provide product and service information to customers with accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle customer account management tasks, including updates and billing inquiries.
  • Contribute to achieving the team’s targets for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures to assist customers better.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements in services.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in customer service best practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service-related role.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stress situations and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to resolving customer issues.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
