The Customer Care Specialist (05J26) plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional support and service to our clients and customers. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, fostering strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency following company protocols.
  • Document and track customer interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of product and service information to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage in active listening to identify and assess customers’ needs with precision.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for quick resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as outlined by the company.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Gather customer feedback to support product development and service improvement.
  • Promote the company’s services and offers during customer interactions when appropriate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and practices, as well as general computer literacy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
