Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management strategies and ensuring that our CRM systems effectively support business goals. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to elevate the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, managing CRM software, and implementing processes to improve customer engagement strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute customer-centric campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the CRM software to streamline customer interactions and data management.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and KPIs.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure CRM systems meet business requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on CRM best practices and software use.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within CRM processes and systems.
  • Develop customer journey maps to enhance user experience and retention.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM trends and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate with IT for CRM system upgrades and technical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for customer engagement.
