Responsibilities

  • Assist the corporate sales team in day-to-day operations and tasks.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and results.
  • Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and presentations for corporate clients.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to promote products and services to clients.
  • Provide support in negotiations and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills and strategies professionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
