Requirements

• Proven experience as a Computer Hardware Technician or in a similar technical role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware systems, peripherals, and networking devices.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users.
