Job Description

A Chat Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues through chat platforms.   • Assist in identifying customer needs and forwarding them to relevant departments.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance job performance skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of finding quick solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and chat platforms advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
