Responsibilities

  • Document and update customer interactions and issues using appropriate systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and find solutions to customer questions.
  • Identify customer needs and assist with the proper use of company products.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
  • Track customer issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and company policies and updates.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skill sets and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chat Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using computers and various online chat platforms for customer support.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
