Job Description

A Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of an organization.   • Attend industry events and conferences to keep abreast with trends and opportunities.
  • Manage client communications and ensure project deliverables meet required timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement competitive strategies to secure a profitable customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar field is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools for tracking business development activities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to gather, interpret, and utilize market data.
