Job Description

As a Branch Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient workflow of branch operations. You will oversee the day-to-day activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Your role is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction by executing operations effectively and supporting branch growth. A successful Branch Operations Executive will continuously seek improvements to optimize processes and ensure excellent service delivery. You will also be involved in strategic planning and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance. Your leadership and analytical skills will be crucial in managing staff and resolving any operational issues, establishing you as an integral part of the branch’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve branch operations.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet branch objectives and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Identify operational risk and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance productivity and promote teamwork.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service to maintain branch reputation.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Spearhead initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex operational data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant operational management software tools.
