As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our bakery. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting bakers, maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery, and providing excellent customer service. You will work under the guidance of the head baker and bakery manager to prepare ingredients, package products, and ensure that our shelves are always stocked with freshly baked goods. Responsibilities

• Assist bakers with preparing dough and other necessary ingredients daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the bakery and workstation areas.
• Package and label baked goods accurately for retail display and sales.
• Monitor bakery supplies and inform management when stocks need replenishing.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly as per bakery guidelines.

Requirements
