Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic education team. As an Associate Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and enhancing educational content to ensure it is engaging, effective, and accessible to a diverse audience. You will collaborate closely with senior instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to design innovative learning experiences that meet organizational and learner needs. Your expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and technology will be crucial in developing high-quality instructional materials. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior instructional designers to develop new course content and materials.
  • Utilize educational technologies to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify educational goals and learning outcomes.
  • Revise and update current instructional materials to align with latest educational standards.
  • Assist in the development of multimedia content, including videos and interactive modules.
  • Evaluate learner feedback and assessment results to inform instructional improvements.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of educational programs and strategies.
  • Create detailed instructional design documents and storyboards for courses.
  • Provide administrative support in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design.
  • Conduct pilot tests and revision cycles to ensure instructional effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in instructional design or education.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
