Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Production to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the Production Manager in overseeing and coordinating the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production operations. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a comprehensive understanding of production and manufacturing processes. As an Assistant Manager - Production, you will play a critical role in maximizing productivity, optimizing workflows, and achieving organizational goals while maintaining a safe and positive working environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of all production schedules efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production operations daily.
  • Supervise and manage a team of production technicians and staff members effectively.
  • Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and available to meet production schedules.
  • Develop and implement new strategies to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may affect production timelines and quality.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement regularly.
  • Provide training and development to enhance the skills of production staff.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold high product standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on production metrics and achievements to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to enhance operational performance.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking efficiently.
