Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager for Key Account Sales to join our team and drive growth through strong client relationships and strategic account management. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Manager and be responsible for nurturing and growing key accounts. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to create and execute strategic sales plans for key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key account clients, addressing their inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager and senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key account clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure favorable terms and long-term collaborations.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure sales performance and account success.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on key account management.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present confidently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
