Job Description

As an Assistant in Business Support, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support, ensuring seamless workflow and communication across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments within the organization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the coordination of team events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure availability.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support business activities and decisions.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage databases and ensure data integrity and security in all systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
