We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The Architect will be adept at using a variety of design and drafting software and possess a keen eye for detail. They will also facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for various types of buildings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for projects.
• Manage design projects from the initial concept to the final stages of construction.
• Use computer-aided design and drafting software to create detailed design plans.
• Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible.
• Oversee and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of design stages.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are accurately executed by construction teams.
• Prepare and present client presentations and proposals to secure design approvals.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about latest trends and advancements in architecture and construction.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
• Proficient in using CAD software and other design tools commonly used in architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and successful past projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
