Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a pivotal team member providing support and efficiency to our daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Organize and prioritize information to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
  • Maintain and update company databases and filing systems with accuracy.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Develop office administrative processes to streamline and improve operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and minutes documentation.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed to support business demand.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance and operations.
  • Support HR activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to company policy protocols.
  • Offer administrative support to various departments as needed to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar office role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities within dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with office equipment operation such as printers and fax machines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
