As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and effective workflow.
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system to ensure organized document storage and retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and databases for various departments.
  • Coordinate office activities and assist in planning and organizing company events.
  • Source and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels meet organizational demands.
  • Support project management activities and contribute to team goals and milestones.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to support the resolution of administrative issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by managing administrative tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for the role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate’s degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
