Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative support while also assisting in managing our accounts and financial records. This position requires a well-organized individual who can efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and administrative functions. They will be responsible for assisting in daily office tasks, managing records, and supporting financial operations to ensure our business processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including answering phones and emails.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to policies.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update company databases and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare and process invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments promptly.
  • Support the finance department in tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences and sales bonuses.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed accurately.
  • Coordinate with external clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery and payment.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support team operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with accounting duties preferred.
  • Proficiency with office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
