Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues related to air conditioning systems.

• Advise customers on maintenance practices to prolong the lifespan of their AC units.
• Prepare detailed work reports and maintain accurate service records for all jobs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and relevant installation standards.
• Maintain an updated inventory of tools and spare parts required for service jobs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and technical skills.
• Stay current with industry developments and new technologies in air conditioning systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and handle heavy equipment safely.
• Certification or diploma in HVAC or a related technical field is preferred.
