Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Job Description

A Workday Data conversion Consultant with 3 to 7 years of experience in expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes.

Skills And Qualification

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in a Workday data conversion role using iLoads, EIBs, Customer Central or other Workday data conversion tools.
• Active Workday certification is preferred.
• Strong experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading from legacy systems into Workday.
• Must have hands-on experience in the deployment process.
• Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
• Staying up to date of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.
• Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment.
