Join a dynamic IT operations team where you will manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure. As a Windows Administrator, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems, while delivering efficient solutions to business and customer requirements.

Your Role

As a Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing Windows infrastructure across server and client environments. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, manage system performance, and ensure secure and reliable operations.

In this role, you will:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and client systems.
• Perform server setup, deployment, upgrades, and migration activities.
• Manage Windows Server environments including versions 2019 and 2022.
• Configure and troubleshoot WSUS and handle Windows patch management processes.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Review system error logs and respond to user-reported incidents.
• Manage Active Directory services, including user access and Group Policy configurations.
• Support DNS configurations and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain server security, apply antivirus updates, and manage endpoint protection.
• Perform disk space monitoring and ensure system health checks.
• Configure and manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Manage printing services and server administration tools.
• Perform user profile management and system access control.
• Create and manage system backups using backup technologies such as Dell EMC Avamar.
• Troubleshoot performance issues using tools like PerfMon.
• Diagnose and resolve system hangs, crashes, and stability issues.
  
  

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on expertise with Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Experience with WSUS and patch management processes.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Basic knowledge of backup technologies (e.g., Dell EMC Avamar).
• Working knowledge of security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Qualys vulnerability management.
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell.
• Exposure to VMware environments (basic level).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer support tickets efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
