Visual Designer -UI Motion Design

Role & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Design and ship high-quality marketing websites using Framer
• Handle end-to-end execution including layout, responsiveness, interactions, and polish
• Ensure consistency across web, social, decks, and marketing assets
• Build systems and templates that enable scalable and repeatable design output
• Enable non-design teams to create on-brand assets efficiently
• Work closely with founders, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Take concepts from early direction to shipped output quickly
• Share opinions, take decisions, and push for better design outcomes
  
  

• Strong Product Visual/UI Designer Profile with experience across UI, illustration, and Motion
• Mandatory (Experience) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Visual Design / UI Design / Motion Design / Creative Design role with atleast 1+ years in a Product based company
• Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Strong expertise in Visual Design fundamentals — typography, layout, color theory, composition, spacing, hierarchy, lighting, shadows, and depth along with systems thinking abilities
• Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Must have hands-on experience in Motion Design / Animation including interaction motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and storytelling through motion
• Mandatory (Tech skill 3) – Must be able to own design end-to-end as a single-person visual-design team with minimal guidance - someone who ideates, takes decisions, and can push back on marketing
• Mandatory (Tech skill 4) – Strong, hands-on experience with Framer, Figma/Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Mandatory (Background) – Product companies. Candidates with a solid Design degree background will be considered even in the absence of a product company background
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Portfolio is mandatory and must showcase UI Design, Motion Design, and Illustrations
• Preferred (Education 1): Design education from Tier 1 college (NIFT, Symbiosis, Design schools)
• Preferred (AI tools) – Comfortable using AI design/video tools to work faster
