We are seeking a Production Controller at our Bangalore office at the Design Center India for German Market.

Responsibilities:

Ziel der Rolle:

Sicherstellung der Auslastung, wirtschaftlichen Performance und Zielerreichung des Design Centers im deutschen Markt durch integrierte Steuerung von Pipeline, Ressourcen und Projekten.

Kernaufgaben:

• Steuerung der Auslastung & Kapazitäten
• Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcenauslastung über alle Gewerke
• Abgleich von Kapazität und Projektbedarf (kurz- und mittelfristig)
• Identifikation und Steuerung von Über- und Unterauslastung
• Pipeline- & Vertriebssteuerung
• Transparenz und aktive Steuerung der Projektpipeline
• Unterstützung der Angebotsprozesse
• Sicherstellung einer realistischen und umsetzbaren Projektplanung
• Ressourcen- & Leistungssteuerung (ILA)
• Steuerung des internen Leistungsausgleichs zwischen Regionen und Gewerken
• Ausgleich von Kapazitätsunterschieden durch gezielte Maßnahmen
• Bewertung von Auswirkungen auf Projekte und Gesamtorganisation
• Performance- & Ergebnissteuerung
• Monitoring und Steuerung von: Kosten, Auslastung, Projektperformance
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen
• Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
• Schnittstellenmanagement
• Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen DCI und Inland
• Sicherstellung eines abgestimmten Vorgehens über alle Beteiligten hinweg
  
  
  

• Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Zielerreichung (z. B. Auslastung, DB)
• Vermeidung von Kapazitätsengpässen und Ineffizienzen
• Erhöhung der Planbarkeit und Transparenz im Projektgeschäft
• Beitrag zur stabilen und skalierbaren Auslastung des Design Centers
  
  
  

• 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Vorkenntnisse in den Systemen Infor, PMT, PowerBI, Salesforce
• technisches Know-How im Bahnberich
• gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
