Key Responsibilities

What you will do?

• Partner with product managers and designers from early concepts through launch.
• Own UX writing across multiple features and enhancements.
• identify gaps in flows, unclear behavior, missing states, and opportunities to make the overall experience easier to understand.
• Contribute to and maintain UX writing guidelines, terminology, and content patterns.
• Use AI to improve product copy and content workflows.
• Account for Generative AI risks such as hallucinations and grounding issues to help create clear, reliable, and trustworthy AI experiences.
• Create and improve user-facing product documentation.
• Use research, customer feedback, and product data to improve content decisions.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and flag risks or blockers early.
• Advocate for the user and explain the reasoning behind your recommendations.
  
  

Key Requirements

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, product writing, or a related role.
• Strong UX writing skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong user empathy and UX thinking.
• Experience partnering closely with product and design teams.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining UX writing guidelines or content systems.
• Good product judgment and the confidence to question unclear flows or behavior.
• Understanding of content strategy and knowledge management principles.
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Experience using AI in content workflows and an understanding of common Generative AI risks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
