JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for a Senior Software Engineer II who is a Senior UiPath solution architect to lead enterprise automation initiatives and build scalable solutions, dashboards, and Human-in-the-Loop RPA/IPA capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare domain knowledge, including claims processing, provider and member eligibility, clinical workflows, and Facets.
• This role requires the ability to independently analyze business needs, design and implement solutions across Citrix, desktop, API, and mainframe environments, and apply UiPath best practices across the full automation lifecycle while staying current with the UiPath platform and emerging agentic automation capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

UiPath Expertise:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath automations end-to-end across attended and unattended use cases. 
• UiPath Studio: Strong modern development experience, including Object Repository creation, UiPath Studio Web, and UiPath project template development. 
• UiPath Orchestrator: Expertise in deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queue management, assets, jobs, and production support. 
• Expertise in attended automation development using Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode. 
• Experience with UiPath IXP, including classification and Validation Station implementation for Human-in-the-Loop solutions. 
• Ability to design reusable component frameworks and scalable enterprise automation solutions. 
• Experience leading UiPath upgrade projects end-to-end. 
• Hands-on expertise building mainframe automations using AS/400 (S400) or similar technologies. 
• Experience with agentic automation frameworks and emerging AI-enabled automation patterns. 
• UiPath Orchestrator API: Expert-level implementation experience (required) 
• Experience supporting process mining initiatives and using process insights to identify automation opportunities. 
• IIS + on-prem Orchestrator hosting experience (required)

Integration, OCR & Automation Technologies:

• Expert in SQL, specifically Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) 
• PDF processing experience using iTextSharp and ABBYY/AbbyPDF. 
• Expert in image-based automation (required)

Full Stack Expertise:

• Architect and scale high-performance web applications using C#, Node.js, and React. 
• Implement user interface designs using modern front-end frameworks. 
• Design and implement scalable back-end solutions using C# and Node.js. 
• Develop ETL packages to support large-file processing, data integration, and reporting needs.

Facets Expertise:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Facets core modules, including Claims, Provider, and Member. 
• Ability to analyze Facets-related business use cases and design and implement effective solutions, including: 
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical designs. 
• Recommending configuration, customization, or integration approaches based on best fit. 
• Supporting troubleshooting and defect resolution for Facets-driven processes.

Facets data model expertise (required):

• Demonstrated understanding of key Facets entities, relationships, and data flow across modules. 
• Ability to perform data analysis and validation, including writing SQL queries, identifying data quality issues, and supporting reporting and reconciliation.

Certifications (Preferred):

UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional certification preferred. 

QUALIFICATION

B. Tech /B.E. /MCA

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of hands-on UiPath development and solution architecture experience. 
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack application development experience using Python, .NET, SQL, and Node.js. 
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets, preferably including ETL development and data processing. 
• Strong knowledge of Facets, including extension development, claims modules, and data modules. 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Lead end-to-end UiPath automation delivery across attended and unattended automations, including design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. 
• Architect and manage UiPath platform operations, including on-prem Orchestrator/IIS hosting, scheduling, monitoring, queues, assets, jobs, Orchestrator API integrations, upgrades, and platform stability. 
• Build Human-in-the-Loop and document automation solutions using UiPath Document Understanding, classification, Validation Station, OCR/PDF tools such as ABBYY and iTextSharp, and image-based automation best practices. 
• Design and implement Facets-based solutions leveraging Claims, Provider, and Member module expertise, extension development, and Facets data model knowledge; translate use cases into functional and technical designs and support defect resolution. 
• Deliver supporting application and data solutions, including full-stack development with .NET, Node.js, and React; SQL Server development; and ETL package implementation for large-file and high-volume data processing.
• Strong UiPath development and solution architecture experience. 
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end UiPath automations (attended and unattended): design, development, testing, deployment, and production support 
• Advanced expertise in UiPath Studio (Modern), including Object Repository creation; experience with UiPath Studio Web and project template creation 
• Strong expertise with UiPath Orchestrator: deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queue management, assets, jobs, and production support 
• Expert-level experience integrating via UiPath Orchestrator APIs 
• Hands-on experience with on-prem Orchestrator hosting on IIS (required) 
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, including classification and Validation Station / Human-in-the-Loop 
• Hands-on expertise building mainframe automations using AS/400 (S400) or similar technology (required) 
• Strong SQL skills, specifically Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) 
• Experience with PDF processing using iTextSharp and ABBYY/AbbyPDF (required) 
• Expert in image-based automation (required)
