Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to identify user needs, product requirements, and feature goals.
• Champion usability principles and help teams make informed, user-focused decisions.
• Create and iterate upon wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to convey concepts, user flows, and product strategy.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, User-Centred Design, and technical constraints.
• Maintain consistency by using and contributing to the product's Design System.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility is aligned with product goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4.4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX Design.
• Portfolio of your work demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience shipping B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise products.
• Systems-level thinking with the ability to keep track of complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX Principles, Information Architecture, and Visual Design, along with the ability to balance visual polish with usability.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, balancing business needs and user goals for early-stage, complex, or undefined challenges.
• Effective cross-functional teamwork, focusing on understanding and collaboration.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to explain designs, as well as how the decisions relate to broader systems, workflows, and interdependent parts of the product.
