Transfer Pricing Lead - Assistant Vice President

• The Transfer Pricing GPO will be responsible for all aspects of State Street Transfer Pricing Methodology, including review of TP Calculations, recording accounting activity and related adjustments posted into GL.This individual will provide subject matter expertise in the area of Transfer Pricing which includes:
• Accurate Calculation for Transfer Pricing Invoices/Statements
• Compliance to Regulation W standards
• Ongoing reviews of TP Methodology to ensure they are aligned to Business/Entity restructures
• The Transfer Pricing GPO will required to participate in or conduct a wide range of accounting and financial analyses on critical services which may include variance analysis, accounting transactions and reconciliation of agreements.
• In addition to Business As Usual (BAU) responsibilities as described below, this role will lead the process re-engineering, standardization, and automation efforts working closely with cross functional teams across geographies.
• Responsible for coordination of Corporate Audit, Regulation W reviews from FED.
