About the Job:

The world is entering a new era of Generative AI and Data Governance. Having the right technology guardrails are very critical for successful adoption of these technologies. Privacy Engineering and Responsible AI are going to be strategic in building these guardrails for AI to LLM to AGI. We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Testing Architect with over 8 years of experience in software testing, particularly in platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise-level test automation architecture.
• Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Design scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium, Rest Assured, and frameworks such as Cucumber or TestNG.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for automation and performance testing.
• Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions for UI, API, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers on framework design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and continuous testing implementation.
• Ensure maintainability, scalability, and reliability of automation suites.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand platform requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed quality reports and insights.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Design and implement performance, load, stress, soak, and scalability testing strategies.
• Develop and maintain performance test frameworks using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.
• Define performance metrics, SLAs, and benchmarking criteria.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.
  
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in automation and performance engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API testing.
• Deep understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing principles.
• Strong experience integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to architect and execute large-volume data pipeline stress tests with fail-safe and chaos engineering validation at enterprise scale.
• Skilled in designing multi-layered test cases for deep tech products in enterprise ecosystem

• Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
