Location : Bangalore, India

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical + Functional CLM Consultant / Product Manager with strong expertise in enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), enterprise integrations, AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and cloud-native architecture.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern CLM platforms, enterprise system integrations, AI/LLM-enabled legal operations, and scalable workflow design.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery workshops with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, Security, and IT stakeholders
Analyze existing CLM platforms and recommend modernization strategies
Work on CLM platforms such as :
Icertis
Conga
SirionLabs
Ironclad
Agiloft
Oracle CLM
ContractPodAI
Design scalable CLM architecture integrating with :
ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP)
CRM Platforms (Salesforce)
Procurement Systems
IAM Solutions
Document Management Platforms
E-signature Tools (DocuSign, Adobe Sign)
Collaborate with engineering teams on :
REST API Integrations
Workflow Automation
Metadata Architecture
Security & Access Controls
Data Models & Microservices
Evaluate AI/LLM-based automation use cases :
Contract Summarization
Clause Extraction
Risk Scoring
Intelligent Redlining
Contract Review Copilots
Agentic Workflow Automation
Drive CLM transformation roadmap and enterprise modernization initiatives
