Overview:

Join Xerox as a Technical Service Representative, where you will provide installation, maintenance, and repair support for Xerox and third-party office equipment and systems. In this role, you will help ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency for customer sites while delivering a high level of service and support. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain equipment performance, manage supplies, and support day-to-day production needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Install, maintain, and repair Xerox and third-party equipment and systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and operational support to maximize equipment uptime
  • Support document production activities including printing, scanning, copying, and finishing services
  • Manage consumables and supplies to ensure uninterrupted customer operations
  • Provide customer communication, reporting, and training related to equipment functionality and status

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems
  • Customer-focused communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities
  • Experience supporting equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, or field service operations preferred
