Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in program management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in Cyber Security, Crisis and Reputation Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive forensic root cause analysis of abuse attacks and Design processes to optimize the impact of incident investigations.
• Produce reports and communications to enable partner teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Drive risk mitigation programs for significant events (elections, social unrest etc).
• Partner with engineering teams to develop subject matter expertise about system vulnerabilities.
• Act as an Incident Manager to contain abuse attacks/unplanned events.
