What Were Looking For:

• Ex-founder from Bangalore with 5-6 years of software engineering experience who is ready for their next big venture
• Someone who has attempted entrepreneurship before and is eager to go bigger this time – we want to give founders who couldnt scale their first venture a chance to build something massive
• A product visionary who can lead the entire product development without requiring a Product Manager – youll own product strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Background of working at product companies, ideally with 0 to 1 journey experience
• A graduate of a leading engineering institution in India or internationally
• Exceptional ability to translate product vision into technical architecture and customer value
• Experience building scalable systems and leading technical teams
• Passion for solving complex user problems with elegant, intuitive solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, rapid iteration, and ownership mentality
  
  
  

What Youll Do:

• Own the entire product from concept to customer – no PM needed, you are the product leader
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on deep customer understanding
• Make all technical and architectural decisions that will shape the products foundation
• Build and scale the engineering team as we grow
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
• Drive product development from initial concept through production deployment
• Shape company culture, technical excellence, and product-driven values
