Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in. NET Core, cloud technologies, and large-scale distributed applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical architecture, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring delivery of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical capability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive architectural excellence across the organization.

Architectural Leadership

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

• Define, design, and evolve the architecture of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines across teams.
• Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, and other architects to align architecture with business goals.
  
  

• Architect end-to-end solutions using. NET Core, C#, REST APIs, EF Core, SQL Server, and modern cloud services.
• Drive architectural decision-making for new features, ensuring the right balance between long-term vision and short-term needs.
• Evaluate system requirements, identify technical gaps, and propose robust, future-proof solutions.
  
  

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to senior engineers and development teams.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Build and review proof of concepts (POCs) to validate technology choices and design assumptions.
  
  

• Design cloud-ready and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS/Azure services.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release processes.
• Architect and guide teams in building multi-threaded, distributed, and high-performance systems.
  
  

• Work closely with Product teams to assess technical feasibility, estimate effort, and influence product direction.
• Align architecture with business objectives, ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
  
  

• Troubleshoot complex system issues in production and non-production environments.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term corrective measures.
  
  

• Experience: 14-18 years.
• Strong expertise in. NET Framework, . NET Core, C#, Web API, EF Core, SQL Server, and OOP/SOLID principles.
• Deep understanding of architecture patterns, MVC, MVVM, microservices, layered architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and designing cloud-native applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven experience in architecting multi-threaded, distributed, and high-availability systems.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
