Job Description:

• Zippee is looking for talented & experienced Team Leads / Field Recruiters for Last-Mile to handle on-ground manpower recruitment and 10/30/60-Min Delivery operations across various Bangalore locations.
• Incredible yet challenging opportunity to work with Operations team at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact.
• This role will involve local field travel, and you must be based in one of the following locations: KR Puram, Hoodi, BG Road, Hebbal, Whitefield, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rider sourcing through field activities and conducting on-ground hiring drives.
• Coordinating with manpower agencies to close rider requirements and building strong local networks for continuous rider supply.
• Source candidates through local references, job portals, and social media.
• Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning.
• Manage documentation and joining formalities. Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of Experience in field / bulk hiring and last-mile operations.
• Strong local candidate network.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work under hiring targets.
• Knowledge of Logistics/Quick Commerce structure preferred.
