Team Lead (Full Stack Web Developer)

Responsibilities

Full Stack development within a large, high-load project.

Architectural decisions and technical direction of the product.

Leading a development team (3–5 people): mentoring, code review, goal setting.

Managing technical debt and code quality.

Ensuring system stability and scalability.

Ability to communicate effectively with Product Managers and translate product needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

Experience leading a development team (3–5 people).

Experience with a huge project (big codebase and thousands of users).

PHP Expert with good knowledge of frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, Webpack.

Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with MySQL / MariaDB / ClickHouse.

You prefer to look for better decisions and achieve goals on your own.

Ability to make decisions independently and achieve results without detailed instructions from above.

Nice to have

Using Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Bash, Python, Golang.

You have big experience with different technologies and integrations.

You have good critical thinking skills.

Project Details

We have a lot of metrics in Sentry and Grafana.

Regular improvements of our code (dedicated resources for refactoring and tech debt).

Backend: Custom framework, MariaDB, Percona, PHP 8.3, Nginx, Redis, ClickHouse, Kubernetes.

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Redux, Webpack, Less, own UI kit.
