The Role

We're growing our Talent Acquisition pod and hiring a generalist recruiter to help run Codingal's non-tech hiring engine. You'll own full-cycle hiring across a rotating mix of functions — Customer Service, Student Operations, Business Development (Sales & Renewals), Pre-Sales, and internships — wherever the month's priorities sit.

This is a high-volume, multi-req role: you'll juggle several open roles at once against monthly offer targets, and be reassigned across functions as business needs shift. We're looking for someone who has hired across varied roles — or is genuinely eager to learn to — and wants to grow into owning a hiring vertical.

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle hiring across functions: source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate, and close for Customer Service, Student Operations, BDA (Sales & Renewals), Pre-Sales, and intern roles — often several at the same time.
• Hit monthly targets: deliver signed offers against your assigned requisitions each month (team benchmark ~3–4 hires/recruiter/month).
• Flex where it's hot: pick up whichever function is the priority that week — including hard-to-fill roles like the US-shift Customer Service seat.
• Partner with hiring managers: work across Sales, Customer Relations, Operations, and Growth; keep leadership updated with clear, proactive weekly hiring updates.
• Own the ATS (Dover): keep interview plans, scorecards, and pipelines clean and accurate.
• Manage sourcing channels: run external agencies, job boards, referrals, and campus/intern pipelines to keep a steady flow of candidates.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Strong 1-year generalists are welcome to apply.
• Breadth, or the appetite for it: you've hired across multiple functions (e.g. Customer Service, Business Development, Operations, Support) — or you've focused on one or two but are genuinely eager to learn to hire for many.
• Comfortable running several open roles at once, at pace, against monthly targets.
• Ed-tech or high-volume B2C / inside-sales hiring exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management — you keep managers and leadership informed without being chased.
• Organized and ATS-savvy (Dover experience a bonus); sound judgment with confidential information.
• Steady tenure preferred — we value recruiters who commit and grow, not a pattern of short stints.
