About The Job

• Maintain robust ongoing connections with factories around the world to maintain and grow participation and deliver impact in environmental programs.
• Strong service orientation - offering prompt assistance or directing individuals to suitable internal or external resources when necessary.
• Conduct continuous follow-up on chemicals and climate program progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Manage and update performance trackers and dashboards for clear visibility of activities and outcomes.
• Liaise with external service providers to coordinate environmental program services for LS&Co.
• Ensure effective communication and cooperation between factories, external partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain complete and accurate documentation required for internal and external regulatory or voluntary disclosures and audits
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI integration to streamline processes and improve data management and effectiveness.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in chemicals management, sustainability, or climate program management within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• General knowledge of chemical safety requirements, and environmental requirements.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with factory personnel and external partners.
• Experience with project management or program tracking tools, data management systems, and preparation for audits.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, integrating AI or digital solutions a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
