Supplier Quality Management Senior Professional

The Opportunity

Supplier Quality Management work includes Identifying, coaching, and managing suppliers according to organization quality standards and policies.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Providing advice and training on quality protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and applicable government standards.
• Negotiating service level agreements, performance/quality metrics and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level. Identifying and certifying alternative suppliers to mitigate supply disruption risks A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in JAGGAER Administration.
• Strong experience in JAGGAER workflow support, user administration, reporting support, dashboard visibility, and issue coordination.
• Working expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting support, and operational analytics.
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders at all levels and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to receive issues, identify root causes, propose solutions, and work through to closure with relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision while maintaining quality and accountability.
• Strong technical skills relevant to JAGGAER administration, analytics, and reporting activities.
• Strong interest in automation, digitalization, and AI-driven process improvement.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
