The Opportunity

The Supplier/Contractor Qualification Specialist will oversee the qualification process for suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet the necessary standards for products. This includes conducting audits, evaluating supplier performance, collaborating with various departments and working closely with suppliers and the businesses to enhance quality and compliance. Supporting the team members.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential suppliers and contractors.
• Manage the qualification process, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and other relevant departments.
• Maintain and update supplier and contractor qualification records.
• Develop and implement qualification criteria and standards.
• Monitor and report on supplier and contractor performance.
• Address and resolve any issues related to supplier and contractor qualifications.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in supplier or contractor qualification and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
