Role Context

The Office of the COO is responsible for orchestrating corporate operations across all Accenture organizations and bringing the firm’s strategies to life. Within this scope, the Enterprise Operations and Profitability Management team plays a pivotal role in advancing Accenture’s profit ambitions, with a sharp focus on unlocking structural efficiencies and driving sustainable enterprise-wide profitability.

The team is structured into three strategic towers: Activation, Realization, and Modernization. This role sits within the Modernization Tower, a team dedicated to reimagining how we operate, accelerating innovation, and shaping the next generation of executive capabilities.

The Associate Manager will work closely with CIO / Global IT, Finance, and senior business leaders to design, test, and scale AI powered products used by leadership.

This is a fast paced ambiguous environment where problems are not predefined and solutions require strong product thinking and hands-on execution.

Role Summary

As an Associate Manager, you will act as a Product Manager for Agentic AI and data driven products focused on executive decision support and profitability outcomes. You will own product vision, problem definition, and delivery for AI powered capabilities that leverage deep enterprise data.

The role is heavily weighted toward product management and Agentic AI, from identifying user problems and defining product requirements to shaping AI agent behavior through prompt engineering and partnering with CIO teams to move solutions toward production.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Product Ownership

• Own end-to-end product management for internal data and Agentic AI products, from problem discovery to adoption
• Define product vision, user personas (e.g., executives, finance leaders, delivery leaders), success metrics, and roadmaps
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Drive adoption by continuously iterating based on user feedback, usage data, and business outcomes
  
  
  

• Design and evolve Agentic AI solutions that interact with enterprise data to answer complex business questions
• Own prompt engineering, agent behavior design, and response quality tuning to ensure accuracy and executive usability
• Test and validate AI agents against real-world leadership scenarios and edge cases
• Partner with CIO / engineering teams to transition Agentic AI concepts from prototype to production grade solutions
  
  
  

• Accenture Economic Model understanding, including Finance, HR, and Sales acumen as it relates enterprise datasets to inform product and AI agent behavior
• Define data inputs, business logic, and guardrails required for trusted AI-powered decision support
• Ensure products and agents present data in a way that is intuitive, explainable, and actionable for senior leaders
  
  
  

• Support initiatives that embed profit discipline into day to day leadership decision making
• Analyze financial drivers, variances, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure AI and data products are explicitly tied to profit levers, value realization, and measurable outcomes
  
  
  

• Work closely with CIO / Global IT on architecture alignment, data access, security, and deployment models
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring product intent is preserved in execution
• Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior leadership
  
  
  

• Strong product management experience, ideally owning internal products, platforms, or analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI, including prompt engineering and AI workflow design
• Ability to work deeply with enterprise data to shape product and AI behavior
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal direction
• Experience partnering with CIO / engineering teams to deliver data or AI solutions
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  
  
  

• Experience building or scaling AI agents, copilots, or internal AI products
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (Finance, HR, ERP, reporting platforms)
• Exposure to profitability management, financial drivers, or enterprise performance metrics
  
  
  

• Lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of product, data, and Agentic AI
• Own and scale capabilities used by senior Accenture leadership globally
• Drive enterprise-level transformation and measurable profitability outcomes
• Work directly with C-suite stakeholders and CIO leadership on critical priorities
• Operate in a role that combines strategy, execution, and innovation at scale
