Role Purpose

The Storyteller is the face and voice of the EY.ai Center for Reimagination, responsible for translating EY’s AI‑led vision, megatrends, sector narratives, and client value stories into compelling, immersive experiences for senior client audiences.

This role anchors CXO‑level visits, guides leaders through curated experience journeys, and ensures every interaction connects technology, business and human impact—bringing the EY.ai narrative to life in a credible, confident, and inspiring manner.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Facilitation

• Act as the primary experience anchor for client and leadership visits to the EY.ai Center for Reimagination.
• Facilitate CXO‑level conversations, guiding visitors through end‑to‑end journeys across zones such as Megatrends, Sectors, Use Cases, and Future Scenarios.
• Adapt storytelling based on visitor persona, industry, maturity, and business context.
  
  

Narrative & Story Design

• Design, curate, and continuously evolve storytelling scripts and narratives across experience stations
• Translate complex AI, data, and technology concepts into clear, business‑relevant stories grounded in real EY client outcomes.
• Ensure narratives remain aligned with EY global messaging, sector priorities, and brand standards.
  
  

Personalization & Experience Orchestration

• Personalize stories for each visit, including sector focus, client logos, regional context, and business challenges.
• Partner with content, technology, AV, and operations teams to ensure storytelling and technical execution are seamlessly aligned across devices and stations.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with sector leaders, account teams, and CFR leadership to shape visit agendas and outcomes.
• Participate in rehearsals, dry runs, and walkthroughs to ensure high‑confidence delivery ahead of key visits.
  
  

Experience Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Gather feedback from visitors and internal stakeholders to continuously refine narratives.
• Contribute to experience metrics such as clarity, engagement, wow factor, and business resonance.
• Support training and readiness of backup storytellers or experience managers as needed.

Experience & Background

• 9–16+ years of experience in roles such as:
• Client Experience / Innovation Facilitation
• Consulting / Strategy / Transformation
• Experience Design / Storytelling / CX Leadership
• Proven experience engaging senior leaders and CXOs in high‑stakes settings
• Exposure to Big 4 or Tier‑1 consulting/technology firms strongly preferred
  
  

Education

• MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institution (Post‑graduate qualification preferred)

• Quality and consistency of CXO‑level experience delivery
• Visitor engagement, clarity, and resonance of stories
• Ability to flex narratives across sectors and client contexts
• Confidence and credibility as the “voice” of the EY.ai Center
