Store Manager

ABOUT THE POSITION:

California Burrito is growing rapidly, and we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Store Managers / Restaurant Managers to manage our existing and upcoming restaurants across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, NCR, and Mumbai.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Store Manager is responsible for the overall Business operations of the allocated restaurants according to California Burrito operational standards and run profitable business. A majority of time is spent leading/Guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives by the guiding ambition of our organisation

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage overall restaurant operations and profitability.
• Control costs, inventory, cash, and P&L.
• Manage manpower scheduling and daily operations.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure excellent food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.
• Execute company and local marketing initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition.
