Job Description

Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements
Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability
Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM) of new product designs and drive improvements.
Manage process development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloom requirements
Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process.
Deployment of quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .
Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global suppliers
Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures
Drive Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes.
Review and evaluate supplier Quality data to identify process improvement opportunities
RMA handling and drive the actions
Education, Skills and Experience
Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
4-6 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries
BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
Technical Knowledge to demonstrate suppliers
Quality Management System auditing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,
Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
